Ingredients for the Syrup
2 cups Water 
1 cup Sugar
6 Cardamom seeds
Directions
- Boil all of these together until the sugar is dissolved.
- Simmer it on low heat.
Ingredients for the Balls
1 cup Powdered milk
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Semolina (Sooji) or cream of wheat
2 tbsp Self-rising flour
1 Egg
Directions
- Mix all these ingredients in a bowl until it forms a ball shape dough; not too hard nor too soft.
- Heat 2 cups oil on low.
- Make cherry size balls. It will get larger after done.
- Now put balls in oil. Let the balls puff up a bit and turn golden. Remove balls and place into syrup pan.
- Try not to move the pan with the syrup too much otherwise the shape of the balls will be all different.
- Then pour the syrup and all the balls into a serving tray or storage bowl and let them cool down.
